About LVA

Tall. Proud. Stately.

Formerly St. Luke’s Hospital, Lake Vista is listed in The National Register of Historic Places. St. Luke’s Hospital, which was established in 1864, eventually outgrew its original location, and, after several mergers, became a part of Rush University Medical Center. The magnificent historic tower of the original St. Luke’s Hospital distinguishes the façade of this meticulously restored Gothic revival style building. In 1981, this Chicago landmark building was developed into spacious and modern one and two bedroom apartments. As an affordable property designed especially for senior citizens, Lake Vista allows seniors to maintain an active lifestyle by offering the security, comfort, and convenience needed in what we hope to be your best, most fulfilling years yet.

LIVE BETTER.
LIVE LAKE VISTA.
